With Liberty, you can monitor your patient's blood remotely throughout their cancer treatment. Liberty offers essential insights to help you assess a patient's response to treatment and allows for early intervention when signs of treatment complications appear. This results in more efficient and streamlined care for both healthcare professionals and patients.

Liberty sends data from a patient's home securely to Entia's cloud network, where built-in analytics highlight any patients requiring attention.

1. Enrolment

A healthcare professional introduces an eligible patient to Liberty.
2. Onboarding

A customised remote patient monitoring package is sent directly to a patient's home and they are trained virtually. By the Liberty Patient Support Service
3. Monitoring

The patient performs simple blood tests and results data is transfered in real-time to the dashboard.
4. Review

The dashboard visualised insights on a patient's treatment response, with automated alerts flag test results for escalation, to streamline care teams' clinical decisions.
5. Offboarding

Once the care team chooses to withdraw a patient from Liberty, all monitoring hardware is collected from the patient’s home.
