After a patient has been onboarded onto Liberty, they will perform blood tests with Liberty to a testing schedule prescribed by you, their healthcare professional.

Liberty has undergone regulatory approval and received its UKCA marking. The Liberty system is not meant to completely replace routine full blood counts in the hospital but to help monitor your patients’ blood counts from home. All Liberty prescribing healthcare professionals will be trained on how to use the dashboard. You can also watch this demonstration video here.

Delivery and onboarding training
Got a question about the Liberty onboarding process for your patient?

Once you have initiated a Liberty delivery via the dashboard, your patient will receive their Liberty delivery within 7 working days. The patient will be notified of the delivery expected delivery date. If this date is not convenient, the Liberty Patient Support Service reschedule the delivery for a time more convenient.

Inside their Liberty delivery, patients will receive:
Liberty analyser
Power cables
Instructions for use
Quick start-up guide
Finger pricking guide
A box of lancets
A pack of 20 cuvettes (a plastic consumable, with a pointed tip like an arrow, used to collect a blood sample)

You can check whether your patient has received their virtual onboarding training with the Liberty Patient Support Team on the dashboard by heading to the individual patient record. Here you should find a green tick and the date the training was carried out.

Liberty Offboarding
Got a question about your patients offboarding?

When you deem your patient ready to be offboard from Liberty after 6 months of use or before, you can do this via the Liberty dashboard. The Liberty Patient Support team will then be notified and will arrange for the collection of all Liberty hardware with the patient.
