Based on health economic modelling of the Liberty and IBRANCE package, with the assumption that patients who have a Liberty neutrophil count lower than 1.3 will require confirmatory venous testing and follow-up. Assumes a 6% device error rate. Takes into account false positive and false negative results from neutrophils, platelets and haemoglobin combined.
